Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with warm Southern hospitality
- Expertly recommend signature cocktails and regional dishes
- Process orders and payments accurately via POS system
- Maintain clean, well-stocked dining stations
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams during peak hours
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant/server experience required
- Valid Louisiana alcohol server certification
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Basic POS system proficiency
