Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions and cloud infrastructure.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and architecture.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Ensure all code meets high security standards and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in systems engineering or software development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Laredo, TX and commute to the office.
