Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Optimize revenue through strategic pricing and occupancy management
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and resolve escalated issues
- Implement and maintain brand standards and operational procedures
- Analyze financial metrics and prepare operational reports
- Coordinate with vendors and maintenance teams for facility upkeep
Qualifications
- 5+ years in hotel management with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in revenue management and P&L oversight
- Strong conflict resolution and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Valid Nevada hospitality management certification preferred
- Relocation flexibility required (relocation assistance provided)
