Responsibilities
- Manage client scheduling and appointment coordination
- Process payroll documentation with 100% accuracy
- Support onboarding of temporary staff
- Maintain digital filing systems and databases
- Assist with inventory management for client sites
- Communicate updates to stakeholders via email/phone
- Prepare weekly performance reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years administrative or coordination experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Florida driver's license (for occasional site visits)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- QuickBooks knowledge preferred
