Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in assigned clinical units with focus on evidence-based practice
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders and facility protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document clinical observations and patient progress accurately in electronic health records
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA regulations and infection control standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous education programs
- Support new nurses through orientation and mentorship programs
Qualifications
- Active RN license in home country or U.S. state (or eligibility to obtain)
- BSN degree or equivalent nursing qualification
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in acute care setting
- English proficiency with IELTS 7.0 or TOEFL 90+ scores
- Valid BLS/C certifications (or ability to obtain upon arrival)
- Eligibility for U.S. work visa sponsorship (J-1 or TN visa pathways)
- Ability to pass NCLEX-RN exam within 6 months of hire
