Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care across diverse clinical settings including ER, ICU, and Med-Surg units
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and diagnostic procedures with precision
- Document patient assessments and progress using advanced EHR systems
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
- Provide mentorship to junior nursing staff during orientation periods
Qualifications
- BSN or equivalent international nursing degree
- Active RN license in good standing (or eligible for NV licensure)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in acute care settings
- Proficiency in English with IELTS 7.0 or TOEFL 90+ scores
- Successful NCLEX-RN exam completion or equivalent
- Eligibility for TN-1 or H-1B visa sponsorship
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and ACLS certifications
