Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound freight to guarantee timely and accurate delivery schedules.
- Maintain precise inventory records and organize warehouse storage areas for maximum efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact for drivers, vendors, and internal departments.
- Ensure strict compliance with all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Process shipping documentation and resolve any shipping discrepancies immediately.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of freight, adhering to weight and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; post-secondary education in Logistics or Supply Chain is a plus.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office applications.
