Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments across Bay Area distribution centers
- Track inventory levels using WMS systems and implement JIT protocols
- Liaise with carriers to ensure on-time delivery with 99% accuracy
- Analyze logistics data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Manage cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Maintain compliance with DOT and California shipping regulations
Qualifications
- 2+ years in logistics/supply chain coordination
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
