Responsibilities
- Manage and organize inventory stock levels efficiently to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles while adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, answering queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Perform general warehouse duties, including picking, packing, and scanning orders accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily performance targets and KPIs.
- Report any damaged goods or equipment immediately to the shift supervisor.
Qualifications
- Valid Right to Work in the United Kingdom (Passport, Visa, or National Insurance Number).
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift heavy items (up to 25kg).
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including early starts and weekends.
- Reliable transport is preferred but not essential.
- Willingness to undergo a standard background check.
- Strong team player with a proactive attitude.
