Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Provide a warm welcome to all customers and assist them with product selection and inquiries.
- Transaction Management: Operate POS systems efficiently and accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain store displays, organize shelves, and ensure the sales floor is clean and inviting.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, assist with receiving shipments, and report discrepancies.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and move around the sales floor.
- Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid ID.
