Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound inventory operations efficiently and accurately.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track stock levels and order fulfillment.
- Ensure compliance with all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and reduce bottlenecks.
- Perform quality control checks on products before shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operate forklifts and heavy machinery as required by certification and job assignment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Valid forklift certification (if required for specific role) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
