Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient table service in high-volume casual dining environment
- Process accurate orders and payments through POS system
- Upsell premium menu items and beverages to enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain clean, organized station and sanitation standards
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with positive problem-solving
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless service flow
- Adhere to all safety and alcohol compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience in fast-paced restaurant setting preferred
- Nevada Alcohol Awareness Certification (or ability to obtain)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6+ hours)
