Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services in resort/hotel environments
- Maintain cleanliness standards for guest rooms and common areas
- Assist with event setup and guest coordination activities
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with diverse teams in fast-paced seasonal operations
- Complete daily tasks with attention to detail and efficiency
- Participate in mandatory training and team meetings
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2B visa sponsorship (non-US citizens)
- Basic English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work weekends/holidays and flexible shifts
- Physical stamina for standing/walking 8+ hours daily
- Valid passport with 24+ month validity
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Team player with positive attitude
