Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in high-traffic seasonal venues
- Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising
- Operate POS systems and process transactions accurately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak events
- Maintain strict adherence to safety and hygiene protocols
- Support inventory control and stock rotation procedures
- Participate in daily briefings and performance reviews
Qualifications
- Valid H2B visa status for 2026 season
- Minimum 6 months prior customer service experience
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends/holidays
- Basic English proficiency (verbal and written)
- Physical stamina for extended standing and lifting (25 lbs max)
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Availability for entire seasonal contract (June-December 2026)
