Responsibilities
- Perform general assembly and packaging tasks on the production line.
- Operate standard machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure product standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and verbal instructions.
- Handle raw materials and finished goods with care.
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not always required for unskilled roles.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various shifts.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
