Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and data to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop detailed documentation including process flows, requirements, and specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards for real-time performance tracking
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling visual reports and presentations
- Lead project initiatives from conception through implementation and evaluation
- Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
