Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all warehouse operations during weekend shifts to ensure 100% order accuracy and timely delivery.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, strictly adhering to OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff to foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate closely with the logistics team to troubleshoot operational bottlenecks and optimize workflow.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies immediately.
- Ensure all equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, is inspected and maintained in proper working order.
- Monitor productivity metrics and implement strategies to exceed daily KPI targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Previous experience in a leadership or team lead capacity is highly preferred.
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within the first 30 days).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to operate computerized inventory systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend hours.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
