Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Train and mentor 5-7 team members on safety protocols and operational procedures
- Coordinate with weekday supervisors for seamless handover and reporting
- Conduct quality control checks and resolve operational discrepancies
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems and process improvements
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a hazard-free environment
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse experience with 1+ years in leadership/supervision role
- OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-2PM or 2PM-10PM)
- Valid California driver's license preferred
