Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Lead a team of 5-7 associates, ensuring safety protocols and productivity standards
- Coordinate with weekday supervisors for seamless workflow transition
- Conduct quality checks and resolve operational issues during weekend shifts
- Train and mentor new weekend team members on equipment and procedures
- Generate weekend performance reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience, weekend shift preferred
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training required
- Strong leadership skills with proven team management record
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP or Oracle experience a plus)
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Physical ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
