Responsibilities
- Manage weekend warehouse staff, ensuring efficient inventory handling and order fulfillment
- Oversee safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless weekend operations
- Implement process improvements to optimize weekend shift productivity
- Conduct quality control audits and resolve operational issues
- Train and mentor weekend team members on equipment and procedures
- Generate weekend shift reports for management review
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA certification and forklift operation skills required
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
