Responsibilities
- Manage 5-8 weekend warehouse staff, including scheduling and performance reviews
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics and inventory accuracy
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for efficient weekend operations
- Resolve operational issues and optimize workflow processes
- Generate weekend performance reports for leadership review
- Train new associates on equipment and procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience required
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Valid forklift certification
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal weekend supervision
- Knowledge of Philadelphia logistics regulations
- Physical ability to move 50 lbs regularly
