Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities during weekend shifts to ensure maximum productivity and accuracy.
- Manage inventory receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment processes.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and conduct daily safety briefings for the team.
- Train and mentor new warehouse associates on proper equipment handling and operational procedures.
- Monitor equipment maintenance and report any facility issues to management immediately.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and compliant work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification preferred but willing to train).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct a team effectively.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts.
