Responsibilities
- Execute weekend inventory cycles with 99.8% accuracy using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics teams for seamless weekend operations
- Operate industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA compliance
- Implement safety protocols during high-volume weekend shipments
- Lead weekend loading/unloading processes for major retail partners
- Maintain real-time inventory visibility through digital dashboards
- Train weekend staff on new warehouse technologies and procedures
Qualifications
- 2+ years of warehouse or logistics experience with weekend shift availability
- OSHA Forklift Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving skills for weekend operational challenges
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred
- Spanish bilingual skills highly valued
