Responsibilities
- Execute inventory management protocols with 99.8% accuracy
- Operate automated sorting systems and material handling equipment
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for weekend shipment processing
- Implement lean methodologies to optimize warehouse workflows
- Conduct safety audits and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Train weekend staff on new technologies and procedures
- Generate real-time performance reports using WMS software
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse or distribution center experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency with WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate pallet jacks/forklifts
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Available for weekends and occasional holiday coverage
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Valid Texas driver's license (if operating company vehicles)
