Responsibilities
- Oversee daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock counts to maintain data integrity.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations within the facility.
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Train and mentor new team members on standard operating procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the management team to optimize workflow and reduce downtime.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
- Valid Forklift Certification is a plus but we provide training.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
