Responsibilities
- Execute daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations with precision and efficiency.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to accurately track inventory levels and stock locations.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and according to OSHA guidelines.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards at all times.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet tight shipping deadlines and optimize workflow.
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing packages to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent schedule.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
