Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Execute daily receiving, sorting, and inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately process orders using handheld scanners and packing equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems as required.
- Quality Control: Perform routine inspections of products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Shift Coordination: Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure a seamless handover.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment operations.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and error reduction.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team leads and peers.
