Responsibilities
- Supervise weekend warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead team of 5-7 associates, ensuring safety protocols and productivity standards
- Coordinate with weekday management for seamless transition of operations
- Conduct quality checks and maintain accurate inventory records
- Train new weekend staff on equipment operation and procedures
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems appropriately
- Complete shift reports and performance documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse or logistics supervisory experience
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficient with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Valid forklift certification required
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Flexible availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6 AM - 6 PM)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
