Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders to ensure 100% satisfaction.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse workspace remains clean, organized, and safe.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
- Process incoming freight and verify contents against shipping manifests.
- Perform general maintenance tasks as required to support operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
