Responsibilities
- Perform efficient receiving, checking, and storing of incoming materials to ensure accuracy and maintain inventory integrity.
- Execute order picking, packing, and labeling processes to meet daily and weekly performance KPIs.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to identify discrepancies and resolve them immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following 5S principles.
- Collaborate with the weekend lead team to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to obtain a valid forklift certification within 30 days of hire.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data entry and inventory management.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
