Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move inventory.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and within the required timeframes.
- Inventory Control: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate records of stock levels and discrepancies.
- Load and Unload: Receive incoming shipments and load outbound trucks, ensuring proper securing and labeling.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols, wear appropriate PPE, and report any hazards immediately.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork, including packing slips and manifests, with high attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM) consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- License: Valid forklift certification (Class A or B) is a plus.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to read and understand warehouse instructions.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work independently.
