Responsibilities
- Execute daily order fulfillment, packing, and shipping processes with precision and speed.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing cargo to ensure safety and accuracy.
- Manage inventory levels, perform cycle counts, and organize stock efficiently.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the shift lead to resolve operational issues immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or retail experience is highly preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check.
- Valid driver's license may be required for some tasks.
