Responsibilities
- Execute daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping procedures with accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform regular inventory checks and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks using proper lifting techniques.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory (training provided).
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
