Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklifts, Pallet Jacks) safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming and outgoing merchandise to ensure accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to meet daily throughput targets.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counting and spot checks.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is organized, clean, and free of hazards at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but comprehensive training is provided.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
