Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise with 99.9% accuracy to ensure proper inventory levels.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment efficiently and safely.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace by adhering to 5S standards and safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Perform cycle counts and regular audits to verify inventory integrity.
- Customer Service: Assist with loading trucks and resolving immediate customer inquiries or issues.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred; comprehensive training is provided for qualified candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly; ability to stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
