Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Efficiently select, pack, and prepare products for shipment to ensure 99% accuracy rates.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and performing cycle counts.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as required.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other staff to streamline workflow during peak times.
- Quality Control: Inspect orders for damage or errors before they leave the facility.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Reliability: A track record of punctuality and dependability is essential.
