Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders to ensure 100% accuracy and timely delivery.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners safely and according to safety protocols.
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits to reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills (inventory software experience is a plus).
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
