Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load and unload trucks, ensuring all cargo is handled with care and placed in designated storage areas.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, counting, and recording incoming merchandise or materials.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and housekeeping standards.
- Equipment Operation: Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently.
- Quality Control: Inspect goods for damages and report any discrepancies immediately to the shift supervisor.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a full-time basis.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Documentation: Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass a background check.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
