Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Safely and efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Inventory Management: Conduct accurate inventory counts, stock replenishment, and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts (CLP), pallet jacks, and scanners, following all safety protocols.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages or discrepancies and report findings immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or fulfillment centers preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and navigate various warehouse environments.
- Certification: Valid forklift certification (CLP) is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, basic computer literacy, and a commitment to safety.
