Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort incoming and outgoing merchandise safely and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) in compliance with safety regulations.
- Verify inventory accuracy and maintain organized stockrooms.
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in the packing and shipping process for customer orders.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy for logging inventory data.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Arlington facility.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Must be available to attend the on-site Hiring Event this weekend.
