Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inventory Control: Assist in cycle counts, stock rotation, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as certified.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to resolve issues.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we train the right candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and comfort with scanning equipment.
