Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) to safely move, locate, and stack merchandise within the facility.
- Execute high-accuracy picking, packing, and shipping of orders to meet strict daily throughput targets.
- Maintain a pristine and organized work environment by adhering to 5S standards and all OSHA safety protocols.
- Conduct routine inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies with precision.
- Assist in loading and unloading freight trucks while ensuring cargo security and damage prevention.
- Collaborate effectively with the weekend shift team to ensure seamless operational flow during peak hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is a strong plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift with proper lifting techniques.
- Must be available to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Must successfully pass a background check and drug screen prior to employment.
