Responsibilities
- Execute weekend inventory management and order fulfillment with precision
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend production targets
- Conduct cycle counts and assist in monthly inventory audits
- Implement quality control standards for outgoing shipments
- Train new associates on weekend operational protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA Forklift Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) and holiday flexibility
- Basic computer literacy (WMS systems preferred)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
