- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse system.
- Material Handling: Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely to move stock and goods.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and peers to optimize workflow and resolve issues.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with consistent hours.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and order fulfillment.
- Reliability: A track record of punctuality and dependability in previous employment.
