Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in a fast-paced environment
- Accurately manage inventory using RF scanning technology
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for efficient loading/unloading processes
- Maintain OSHA compliance through proper safety protocols
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Utilize WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking
- Train new associates on warehouse procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience required
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail in inventory management
- Flexible availability (Sat/Sun 6am-6pm)
- Basic computer literacy with RF scanner experience
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
- Background check and drug screen required
