Responsibilities
- Execute efficient loading/unloading of freight using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Manage inventory control through cycle counts and system updates
- Prioritize order fulfillment with 99% accuracy for weekend shipments
- Maintain OSHA compliance in warehouse safety protocols
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless weekend operations
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum space utilization
- Train on new equipment and process improvements
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA Forklift Certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong problem-solving skills under time pressure
- Spanish bilingualism highly valued in Miami market
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun 6 AM - 2:30 PM)
- High school diploma or equivalent
