Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package high-volume orders using RF scanners
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts in WMS system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Support cycle counts and quarterly audits
- Uphold 5S cleanliness standards in all work zones
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid CA driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Flexible availability: Saturdays 8am-5pm & Sundays 9am-4pm
- Background check and drug screen required
