As a Weekend Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our supply chain remains seamless and efficient during peak times.
Responsibilities
- Packaging & Shipping: Accurately pack, label, and prepare merchandise for shipment to ensure timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Assist in stock replenishment and perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems in compliance with safety protocols.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure high-quality standards are met before dispatch.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexible hours.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and inventory tracking.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
