Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound and outbound shipments using warehouse management systems.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging to prevent spoilage or breakage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory adjustments as required.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation and valid state-issued ID.
