Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to load and unload shipments.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies accurately.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Package and label products according to company standards and shipping guidelines.
- Collaborate with the team lead to meet daily productivity goals.
- Verify shipping documents and resolve any errors immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Familiarity with warehouse management software (WMS) is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance.
